TeraBAT AgTEC presents its technology at the WGA’s AgTechX Food Safety event in Yuma Arizona to the valley’s leading produce growers and processors.

TeraBAT establishes TeraBAT AgTEC, Inc., a new subsidiary located at the Research Park at Iowa State University, as a vehicle for managing its future worldwide agriculture and food safety operations.

TeraBAT is chosen to be a member of the Western Growers Association’s (WGA) AgTechX Food Safety Cohort, a global group of leading new innovators specializing in prevention technologies and rapid diagnostics of foodborne pathogens. The WGA represents the growers of California, Arizona, New Mexico, and Colorado, who collectively account for about 50% of the nation’s fruit, vegetables, and nuts.

TeraBAT moves its offices and labs from Niwot, CO to a new and expanded 4,000 sf state-of-the-art facility located at                         10170 Church Ranch Way, Westminster, CO 80021. 

TeraBAT completes a second equity round to develop its second-generation rapid diagnostic platform.

TeraBAT completes a private equity raise for the development of its first operating system based on its patented technology originally developed at NIST and the University of Massachusetts at Amherst.
